For Referring Providers:
I am pleased to accept referrals for medical nutrition therapy and look forward to collaborating with you to support your patients’ health. I specialize in the prevention and management of chronic diseases, including obesity, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes, as well as GI disorders, eating disorders, sports nutrition, and more.
Referrals can be sent by phone or fax. I am dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care that is tailored to each individual’s needs and takes into account their family’s specific circumstances.
